Currently, Marshall is representing a multicasting content provider to all portions of the digital spectrum. He assists the management in researching viewer/end-user demographics and potential business plans which can be monetized through full spectrum implementation. He has also helped clients in formulating business plans to obtain, product or distribute programming/content. Over the years, Marshall Wisniewski has attended many National Association of Television Producer and Executives (NATPE), and National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) conventions, and most recently the National Association of Cable Television (NACT) in Washington, D.C. He makes it a point to participate in latest industry educational and networking presentations and services. He also developed contracts in the broadcast, and IPTV industries, together with lobbying firms, and legal counsel, relative to regulatory matters in Washington D.C.
